Ed Brazier
Director

Ed brings extensive experience from across the UK’s leading geomatics consultancies, including GIA Surveyors, Malcolm Hollis, and Plowman Craven. His career spans senior technical and leadership roles, delivering measured surveys alongside complex Neighbourly Matters and development advisory commissions.

With deep expertise in laser scanning, drone surveys, CAD, BIM, and area referencing, Ed combines robust survey data with Rights of Light and neighbourly risk assessment to support informed development decision-making. His ability to integrate technical surveying outputs with commercial and legal considerations allows clients to clearly understand constraints, risks, and opportunities at an early stage.

At Digital Inc., Ed leads the expansion of the Rights of Light and Neighbourly Matters consulting services, working closely with developers, designers, and advisors to navigate boundary negotiations, light obstruction risk, and development viability. Known for his clarity, pragmatism, and technical rigour, Ed ensures clients benefit from coordinated data, early insight, and confident guidance from concept through to delivery.
