Russ brings over 30 years of international experience in measured surveys, BIM, and technical delivery, having worked on complex projects across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia. With a background spanning both hands-on field surveying and office-based production management, he provides end-to-end project leadership underpinned by deep technical expertise.

As Digital Inc.’s technical authority, Russ oversees the technical direction of projects, ensuring consistency across the business and providing clients with clear, pragmatic guidance to resolve technical challenges. He takes particular pride in seeing projects through from inception to completion, optimising processes and ensuring all outputs meet exacting quality standards.

A qualified BTEC/ONC Mechanical and Production Engineer and Autodesk Certified AutoCAD specialist, Russ has expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D laser scanning, and BIM delivery. Known for his rigour, reliability, and attention to detail, he plays a critical role in ensuring Digital Inc. consistently delivers quality, clarity, and confidence on every project.
