Our team was contacted by KSR Architects, a valued client of ours, who required a comprehensive 3D survey of a private residential property located in London. The property was to undergo extensive refurbishments and upgrades, and KSR Architects were seeking a detailed digital twin of the space to assist with their design work.
To begin the survey process, we conducted a full 3D laser scan of the interior and exterior of the property. This scan allowed us to capture accurate measurements and details, enabling us to create a highly detailed point cloud model of the entire property.

We also developed a full 360 virtual tour of the property to provide the client with a more immersive experience. This virtual tour allowed the client to explore the property and gain a more detailed understanding of the space.

Using the data collected from the scans, we created a BIM-ready survey of the property that was ready for use by KSR Architects’ design team. The survey was developed to LOD300, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the model. We worked closely with KSR Architects to convert the fixtures, fittings, and equipment into BIM and create a separate model for each level of the property.

The completed survey provided KSR Architects with a detailed BIM-Ready Survey of the property that allowed them to visualize and test their designs before any physical work was carried out. This helped to reduce costs and ensure that the client’s vision was fully realized.

Our team’s expertise in 3D laser scanning, point cloud modelling, and BIM surveys allowed us to provide KSR Architects and their client with the necessary tools to carry out a successful refurbishment of the property.
